Shirley’s Bait Shop said the lake is murky due to the rain, but the lake is at a normal level. Bream fishing is good from 4- to 5-feet deep using worms or crickets. Crappie fishing is good 5- to 6-feet deep in cooler water using small minnows. Catfish are good on worms, stink bait, chicken liver and minnows.
