Skagit River:
[b]River Conditions:

Skagit above the Sauk is running a tad high with 2-3 feet of visibility after recent rains.
Skagit below the Sauk down to Concrete has zero visibility right now due to color from the upper tribs and the Sauk. Skagit below the Baker has zero visibility.
[b]Fishing Report:

Silvers are making a showing and there should be even more as waters clear and recede. Dollie fishing has also slowed quite a bit over the last week as they head into the upper tribs to spawn.
