The fishing slowed down a bit here bluefishing is still good but only getting sporatic reports of weakfish and the reports are of small fish Fluke fishing has slowed also with high hooks on the party boats of 3 fish and a slow pick guess it the August dog day syndrome and with Hurricane francis supposed to run up the east coast and be here by monday the fishing will be slow for a little bit longer lets hope the braintrusts in NJ government get on the ball and pass a new Striped bass regulation soon before we end up with a striper fishing ban the fall run is just around the corner would be a shame to let it pass us by
