Batchelors Special Venison

[size 1]ok here is an easy one, I like to call the batchlers special

take your roast steak or chop place it on large sheet of foil. I usualy double or triple the foil if it is the thin stuff.

lightly sprinkle carlic powder salt and black pepper the carrin.

quarter up some onions carrots potatos green beans and whole mushrooms to lay on top of your flesh.

close the foil all tightly around.

place this on the grill, oven, or toaster oven and and cook on temps around 350 or medeium on the grill till your feast flakes with a fork.

serve with cold duck chilled properly to 42 degreese.

with this recipie you can pass off venison for lean prime beef. your date will not be able to tell the differance.

best of all no pots or pans to clean. just a couple plates forks and glasses, (knives not needed because the dish is so tender it falls apart on your fork.)
