[size 1]1 can (40 ounces) Princella or Sugary Sam Cut Sweet Potatoes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups diced apples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped and toasted pecans, optional
[/size] [ol] [li]In large pot combine sweet potatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. [li]Add raisins and mix well; heat to a simmer. [li]Combine diced apples and lemon juice; add to sweet potato mixture; simmer 5 minutes. [li]Before serving, sprinkle chopped pecans over each portion, if desired. [/li][/ol]
