#1
The Water level is 361 with the water temperature around 72 to 75 deg. The crappie was very hard to catch this weekend. Most of the crappie has scattered and moving back to deeper water, Friday I had 25, Saturday 40 and Sunday 32. Big fish for the weekend was 2# 2oz . Fish were caught in water from 10 to 25 feet, The best depth was 19 to 21 with baits around 17 to 18 foot. Try slow trolling Deep ledges around main channels and deep flats. Best baits for the weekend were TeeZur Candy Blue head with a Blue and white skirt a TeeZur hot head white with red/black eyes with an orange/chart skirt, and the Teezur Green Monster. Make sure to book your Guide trips this fall so you want miss out on some of the best fishing of the year, Have a safe and Happy Summer.
