Asparagus with Lemon Anchovy Relish

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min. [ul] [li]1-1/2 lbs. asparagus, tough ends trimmed and cut into 3 inch pieces [li]1/4 cup parsley, minced [li]1 Tbs. lemon zest, minced [li]1 Tbs. lemon juice [li]2 tsp. anchovy paste[/li][/ul]
Place asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 5 minutes or until bright green and almost tender. Drain and keep warm. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve asparagus topped with a dollop of lemon relish.
