Help me to identify this fish

I caught this fish today in Oak Orchard Creek today at Point Breeze... right next to lake Ontario....

Any ideas? I have had some opinions, but want to hear yours!

To me it looks like a planter 'bow that was duped by a krokadile that is almost as big as it.

a guy that owns a local bait shop says he
thinks it is a newly stocked Coho salmon.

so... whatcha think.

sure does DDR. thanks... makes me want to go fishing! [Wink]

A local bait shop owner has pretty much confirmed it was a coho...
along with other local fishermen to the area. And they do not think it was a snag. They said these little fish are aggressive feeders!

This was my LAST fish of the season!

soon.. reall soon I want to get out again!
Maybe Steelhead fishing.
I bought new wading shoes with my
Gander MTN gift card that my husband gave me for Christmas

I wore my other pair out!

I found out that it IS a baby COHO salmon!

The mystery was solved a few days
after I posted this by a local guy.
he said they had just stocked some cohos this size
