[font "Verdana,Arial,Helvetica"][black][size 1]Hello again all,
I have a story from this past august that I just need to share.
The CatchTheBig1 team spent a week in the Canadian wilderness - 3 hours by sea plane from anyone else, no cell phones, tv's, etc.
It was simply the most amazing 4 days of fishing of my life!
I know it isn't about numbers, but quality - but let me tell you,
4 guys - 4 days - 750 fish!
And a lake all to ourselves - amazing....
The catch was 100% walleye and northern - but you just don't get
bored. Especially when you hook into a 40incher....
But that trip reminded me why I enjoy fishing, and nature in general - what an amazing experience...
Let me tell you, I was customizing my spoons and chucking them into literally a foot of weeds, but them northerns would come out of the depths and cut through my steel leader they were chomping so hard!
All in all, it is an experience I will never forget...
