Exotic Blues Burger

Ingredients: [ul] [li]3 lbs. ground [#000000]Elk[/#000000] [li]6 brioche rolls (or your favorite rolls) [li]6 teaspoons House of Blues seasoning mix (recipe follows) [li]Lettuce [li]Tomato slices [li]Your favorite cheese [/li][/ul]House of Blues Seasoning Mix [ul] [li]House of Blues Seasoning Mix: [li]1/4 cup kosher salt [li]1 tablespoon granulated garlic [li]1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon granulated onion [li]1 tablespoon basil [li]1 tablespoon thyme [li]1 tablespoon oregano [li]1 tablespoon black pepper [li]Mix all ingredients together and set aside until needed. Directions: [ol] [li]In a large bowl, mix 6 teaspoons House of Blues seasoning with ground exotic meat (1 teaspoon per 8 oz. of meat). [li]Form ground meat into six 8-oz. patties. [li]Grill burger to desired to temperature. [li]Toast roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese. [/li][/ol]
