The recent rainfall(deluge, torrent, end of the world precipitation and other adjectives that I can't come up with right now)kicked the crap out of the snowmobile trails and put a dent in the ice conditions to a certain extent.

The NW lakes I've been on still have a good 4". The tally on the fish is another story. Fish 9 Callie 0

all we have here in south east is spunge ice. cant step on it, ducks wont walk on it. it just sits there and taunts us anglers as we look back.

the temp dosnt want to stableize. barly freezing at night and thawing during the day light hours.

rain keeps showing up to eat at any ice that forms.
