Well, it was a very ducky day. Overcast, wind, and cold. We set out about twenty dozen duck decoys and a dozen and a half goose decoys. Hunkered down and wound up with a mixed bag. Mallards, pintails, green wing teal, cinnamon teal, shovelers, and geese. It took some time but we squeezed out limits for all four guys and had some fun in the marsh. The report from a buddy was just as good, enough ducks and some good shootin. Hope you all had as good a day as I did. Was really hoping to get a redhead, wigeon and bufflehead but hey, theres always another day.
