3 pounds buffalo (or beef) stew meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup burgundy wine
1 package onion soup mix
Cube stew meat into 1-inch pieces. Brown in oil. Place ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees F.
Serve over hot rice
