This seems like a great idea to me. I hope it passes. It will save me alot of parking fees. I buy an annual permit for my truck but if my wife comes to the lake we have to pay parking on her truck. The kdwp sent letters out to registered boat owners. It basically says they will add a $5.oo outdoor recreation registration fee to your annual vehicle registration fee to any vehicle under 16000#'s. then any kansas tagged vehicle can acess state parks without daily parking permits.
