Maine, here I come...August 2005

[cool]I,m going to southport (south of Booth bay harbor) right on the southern tip,the last week of August. Well locals, what am I going to fish for from the shore? Best bait? Best repellent for the maine state bird, the mosquito?

Or is there really a "Bar" Harbor? if so I would like to know how it got its name. a place like this could keep the wifie a bit Confused. Hey hun I will be hanging around the Bar for the next couple days with some of my fishing Buds [laugh]

we have a sand bar on our lake here at home and a wet bar across the lake. I guess I dont need to say the guys are always in trouble with the wifies...[angelic]

sure would be great to hole up on one of them islands for a season or two.... Now if I could only aquire a taist for lobster[Tongue]

Hello from Maine....where the lakes are still frozen... [Sad] doh!!
Anyways, in august the stripers should be around Bar Harbor.
You may want to hook up with a boat though, you'll have better luck.. Set the hook!!, Good luck with all the tourists... hehe
