Not much happening with winter flounder yet but there have been reports of small stripers being caught at oyster creek near the Power Plant the plant is off line right now so the water there isn't as warm as usual this time of year its still warmer then the rest of the bay but still no flounder the air temp is supposed to start warming this week so if that happens then give it a week and the flounder should start comming out of the mud and feed I just have to laugh at the people that get mad that the flounder aren't biting on the March 1st opening day just because the season has opened doesn't mean the conditions that flounder need to feed are going to start on opening day the weather isn't controlled by the fish and game rulebook
