northeast fishing

Went out the last two days on the susquhanna river and even though the water was still high and tainted it did produce. The bass were hitting good on shad raps next to shore the middle didnt do to much as it seems it was alittle fast and if i was a fish i wouldnt want to swim the current all day myself looking for food.I guess one thing you have to reallize is the colder water is here and these fish are not going to burn up body fat rather their going to keep it for the winter. Still not hitting the walleyes as I want to but with the water being fast I think this has alot to do with this.Dont know when Ill be out next but Ill be sure to let you know how the fishing is here on the Susquhanna river in northeast Pennsylvaina
