FIRE ISLAND NY JUNE 5
#1
[Smile] We took out the cris hensel party for a 1/2 day charter out of Fire Island today. We had great weather with calm winds. we fished the last of the flood beginning of the ebb. We started out jigging white bucktails tipped with spearing for 4 nice keeper Fluke to 20" and loads of shorts. we then ran to the soar thumb to try for flounder. we had fish to 1.5 lbs. plenty of porgys which were released. We also had 3 bonus sea bass. That slip gut makes fishing tough on the ebb. TighT lines! Capt.Dennis FAIR CHASE http://www.huntfishny.com
