San Diego boats are slayin' the chickens. The report I saw sez it's a morning/afternoon bite so a 1.5 day would be the ticket, tho they're so WFO getting a limit on an overnighter shouldn't be a problem.
The Skipper also mentioned that trips are getting cancelled due to lack of passengers.
The boats wanna get on the board so I would think they'll go with a really light load.
Now's the time. Naturally, my supervisor's on vacation & I'm swamped with work...[mad]
