For those of you, like me, who are appalled at what the Colorado DOW has done to the fishery for big lake trout at Blue Mesa, take a look at today's article by Charlie Meyers in the Denver Post:

According to the article, the new proposed regulpations will eliminate all kill restrictions on northern pike statewide and double the limit on macks at Granby, still offering no slot limit or protection for the big lake trout there.
If you value these fisheries for big fish, educate yourself on the new proposed regulations and get involved and let the DOW hear your voice.
