[cool]Fishing in 33 feet, 8 miles off Doc's Beach House, Bonita Beach, Monday with the McIntosh party, we used live shrimp to catch keeper mangrove snapper & triggerfish, Spanish mackerel grunts, porkfish, and a 14 inch hogfish. We released lots of grouper shorts to 18 inches. Fishing the same location Tuesday with the Pumford party, we caught two keeper 23 inch gag grouper, mangrove snapper to 14 inches, keeper sheepshead, grunts, and porkfish, all on live shrimp. Lloyd & Jeri Steward fished the artificial reefs off Bonita Beach with us on Wednesday, and caught lots of keeper sheepshead to 17 inches, and triggerfish to 14 inches. The end of the week brought a cold front, with winds, rain, and rough seas, cutting our catching short this week!
