Advanced Editor?

I recently installed Windows 2000 and can't get the advanced editor (for posting) to come up anymore, has anybody had this problem and know of a fix for it?

I was running Windows 98 and upgraded to 2000
I am running explorer 5 but am going to upgrade that right now, I'll let you know if it fixes the problem.

That works, for those of you having this problem, the nw Explorer 6 solves it. For those of you not using the advanced editor you really must try it, it is much easier to cusomize your posts, add pictures, etc...
