Do Tubes Flip in the waves?
#21
First off, I do want to say that I really appreciate everyone chiming in and thoughts on this... TubeDude you're the man. And I really learned a lot, so I'm glad that I opened back up this ancient post for further discussion.

I happen to agree with all those here. Tubes feel very safe in the water, and even with some large waves you shouldn't even get close to tipping over.

The story that I heard was just that, second hand from a friend, who happened to be a stellar ICU nurse with a lot of stories that she has seen over the years and I really can't see any reason for her to lie about it. However, people do lie for whatever reason. So take it how you want. Like you've said before, anything can be possible. It's very hard to believe everything you hear but there is also room for those should've never happened scenarios. This is one that I would personally have to see to believe as well, but thought that I would throw it out there for the conversation that it could create.

So thanks again, I did learn more from everyone's explainations.
