I was trying to look up information on getting a fishing license for my potential trip to Missouri in a couple of months. I went to the Fishing License page but the only thing I could access was Missouri's Fishing Guide info from the license page. The one for Missouri's DNR came up with "not found" and the third option said "Access Denied: You are not authorized to view that page."
Did I do something wrong?

nope, ya did nothing wrong.
it is just about imposible to keep up on what every government agency is doing or when they change their web pages and url addresses.
