Fish Fight
It was a mid May day on Old Hickory Lake located just north of Nashville, Tennessee. Dad and I took our new bass boat out. We just bought the boat a few days earlier. Well, it is new to us even though it is a 1985 Aries bass boat.
Around noon the weather went south, well in this case north. The wind was 123mph and the temp dropped to a minus 21. And then the snow came. When we go bass fishing nothing else matters when fishing was that great that day.
We had caught around forty bass all of them over 14 inches. By law you cannot keep a bass under 14 inches. Dad and I have a big heart and are very concerned about the rights of fish as outlined by PETA. Anyway there were so many bass trying to jump in our boat that the bass got into a fish fight.
This was so upsetting to dad and I that we tossed the forty bass we had back into the lake and went home.
