What we are looking for is some one who can make at least three posts per week to show us that you are there on the board. This is the only thing that shows us you did in fact look at the board, other than that, we have no way of tracking to see if you have indeed checked the board. Even if there are no new post made we still want to see that you are there. This will work out to your benefit as well as ours.

[font "Times New Roman"] Making three posts per week is easy; they can be in the form of a reply to a fishing report, a fishing report of your own, and an upcoming event in your region, an environmental issue, and any number of things will fit the bill. [/font]

[font "Times New Roman"] True keeping the boards clean and free of unwanted clutter is important, but is not the most important part of being a moderator on a particular board. We are building a fishing community here our aims are high and our standards even greater.[/font]

If you can do this, then we want to hear form you!!!

[font "Times New Roman"] [/font] I hate to be a stickler on this but we want all our boards lit up every week on a regular basis, our moderators play a major part of this, The most important thing to look at here is we are in the advertising business and if the boards do not light up we don’t sell adds. If we don’t sell adds we can’t provide perks to our members and moderators.
