The wife has been bugging me to take her fishing, so off to Oldsaybrook we went. Had decided to troll for stripers because she doesn't want to sit there and throw things, just go for a nice cruise. 20mph winds from the NE made for some good chop and had her bundled up in four layers of cloths. She was a good trooper and didn't say anything, but when we got up to Hamburg Cove she 
d,when I said that maybe we should head back. Only got out for an hour and a half, lots of small fish on the screen, with some big ones mixed in. 1st skunk of the year.[ She says now that she'll want to go flukin in Aug. when it's warm]
