Just a little info on the south jetty. The state park ranger kicked our vehicles off at 4 pm. They put up a fence by the bathroom. You can still fish the jetty, you just have to walk down it now. The fishing was real slow,I only saw two fish caught. There was no snow but it rained the entire time we were there.

Did the barrier look permenant? I hope not, people with handicap stickers fish out there because they can drive right to the water.

What kind of fish were they? I'm not surprised about the jetty, for the last couple weeks people have been parking on the "skinny" part. When the waves were crashing last Saturday the road had water washing in on the harbor side yet people still parked there making it difficult for people to pass or know where it dropped off.
