I called my buddy over at Inlet Convenience and Fishing Supplies in Murrells Inlet and he says the Kings aren't quite inshore yet. I don't thing the water temp is but around 65, he thinks about another week of warm weather, and no more North winds and the inshore bite will be on. They are getting kings around 12 mile and further. Bottom fishing around the inshore wrecks is doing pretty good.
I've got some new lures i'm going to try when the kings get inshore a little closer. They are the Williamson Live Ribbon Fish. They are suppose to be the new hotness, i'll post how they do when I try them out.
