Lake Erie Walleye
#1
With the water temps slowly rising ( into the upper 60's), the walleye fishing will be really starting to pick up on the lake. Hot spots right now are in 45-60 foot of water near the condos and straight out of Elk creek. The perch and bass fishing remains good also. Good luck........

Moderator

Well, it seems that the water temp has finally hit that "70" mark and some of the migratory fish have been making their way into Pa. waters. There was a great mayfly hatch over the lake this week, and in the past, usually about a week or so after that hatch is when the "eyes" really start to hit. Good luck to all and tight lines to you.

Moderator

The walleye have really turned on according to the boat Capt.'s outta Erie and Northeast Pa. Some nice schools have been making for very pleasant days aboard the boats. Also, the size of the eye's has been larger than normal. Get out now if you can!!!

Moderator
