Lake X report 6-1-06
#1
It was my usual ho hum day at home wacking the bronzebacks with reckless abandon when I said to HuntN4Bass "I got a good fish". He then said "how good". I said "GET THE NET BIG". "oh about 3lbs , or 4 lbs, ah maybe over 5lbs. It was actually over 6lbs. It is easily the biggest smallie I ever caught. Take a look

Water temps were 54* at 8am and almost 60* by 3pm. Little breezy in the afternoon, while it was dead calm during the morning.

I also caught a behemothian 24" brown in the morning. I hope troutrods isn't jealous[Wink].

Excellent smallie tomegun! The colors on that one are fantastic! You mind if I use that pic on my site?

(It would go on the following page:

Wow. What a gorgeous fish. Any more closeup pics?

What did you catch it on? Let me guess. Drop shotting a Maniac grub?
