Give your favorite hot sauce a little sweetness

This is no secret, but it makes a darn good sauce out of an ordinary hotsauce. My personal favorite is Texas Pete. All you need to do is add equal parts honey, a dash of pepper, and a dash of hot pepper vinager. Mix it up real good and enjoy. You still have the great flavor of the texas pete, and a little added sweetness and bite from the pepper and vinager. Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed![cool]
