Pics red box syndrome

I have two users trying to post pics with a yahoo account, for some reason some people can see them, but others just get a red box with an x in it. I have one user who gets the pic on his computer at work, and gets the red x box on his computer at home. This is beyond me, maybee you can help. The pics are in the utah forum in the post utah's very own pic contest. The pics are the ones from bryane and kent. If you can see them, why cant I?

these folks are using sites that do not allow pic's to be linked to.

eather have them move them to a pic friendly site or send them to me and I will up load them to my BFT pic dedicated site. and edit them in to their post for them.
