Adjustable Choke Tubes

Ok, do these work well. It seems like a great deal; not haveing to find or remember the right choke everytime.

Here is what I am looking at:

I have heard that they move your pattern around as you change chokes.
In my opinion not worth it. All I ever use is an improved cylinder.
