Anyone know where to get largemouth bass for an aqurium?

check with your local regulations.

here in michigan we have to have special permits to posses one, it cost 150.oo per year to have a pet or farmed or caged any game animal.

In tennessee it is not allowed at all.

some pet stores sell peakock bass for an aquirium.

bass are very expensive because you have to buy a permit but if you have a large tank youy should consider getting peacock bass which are very aggresive gamefish fro the south american amazon basin, they have great colors theyre also known as peacock chicilds in pet stores and range from 10 dollars for babys 30 dollars for medium size and 70 dollars for large they can grow very large and need to be fed regurarly once or twice a week feeder guppies or goldfish they go fast
if your going to buy feeders in excessive amounts you should put them in a seperate tank and put in a disease formula so they dont get sick the last thing you want is feeding your prized fish sick feeders
