I have seen this talk before ...
When times get tough or they feel the squeeze, they will use the following quote.
"The RAC System Is Not Perfect"
I guess what we all are trying to say is ...
Hey Mr. DWR ... we pay your salary. We should'nt have to come out and make decisions for you too. If the system is broken or needs adjusting... Freakin fix it! That's what we pay you for! You should be coming to us for input, not the other way around.
Don't use the excuse that we "just don't know how the system works and that we need to get more involved ... BS. We ARE involved by paying your salary. When we want something done, make it happen.
Try that at a job when your boss comes to you and says... "Why haven't you fixed this problem? Here's My Solution". .... well sir, it's going to take two years to fix and by the way, ... grow a pair and get more involved."
The system is clearly broken.
