Before the elk hunt this year I had purchased a new LED headlamp at Wally World. It was a cheapy compared to the ones in Cabelas and even came with batteries.
During the elk hunt all my follow hunters were amazed by the brightness and longevity of the new headlamp.
After two weeks of elk hunting the batteries still don't need replaced. The headlamp cost $14.96 and has 4 modes - spot light, flood light, spot & flood, & RED.
With the three AAA batteries and spot light setting it is supposed to last 50 hours.
I would highly recommend this headlamp to ALL. Great New Tool!!!
