Seahawk LXV 3/4 day 2/18
#1
Made the drive up to L.A. Harbor Sportfishing for a 3/4 day charter with the group from that "other" [cool] board as well as the infamous Corona King. Catalina was reported to be dead so we fished locally north to Palos Verdes for Bass & whatever.

No great fishing to report. A very tough scratch all day. A few sandies & calicos, misc released rockfish & whatnots. I sent big dinos to the bottom all day & caught two of those mysterious fish that look just like the extinct ling cod, about 26" each. I released them since I didn't know what they were! [Wink]

Although the catching wasn't great, it was a beautiful day on the water. Good socializing and the Seahawk serves up some pretty good chow. From the number of hashmarks on the galley tabs [shocked] I think it safe to say a good time was had by all.
