DAY AT THE BERRY (02-10-07)
#1
THE BERRY NEVER LETS ME DOWN. KODY IVERSON (A.K.A. TROPHY BOAT) AND I FISHED BRYANTS FORK. ICED 12 FISH EACH, AND LOST MANY MORE AT THE HOLE. CRAW FISH COLORED PADDLE BUG, GREEN RATFINKE, AND GREEN GETZIT WITH A MILLY OR A WAXY, WERE ALL PRODUCING WELL. I THINK THE KEY TO STRAWBERRY IS MOVE AWAY FROM THE CROWDS! I DIDN'T HAVE A NEIGHBOR WITHIN 400 YARDS OR FURTHER FROM US. SORRY BOYS FORGOT THE CAMERA. WOULD OF MADE SOME GREAT PICS.[Smile]

I have fished around East Portal before. Is Bryants Fork just north of there? How deep where you guys fishing? Was there alot of snow on top of the ice? We want to take ATV's and was wondering if they would do OK.

I AM NOT SURE WHERE THE EAST PORTOL IS. BUT BRYANTS FORK IS THE BAY YOU CAN SEE IF YOU WERE LOOKING EAST FROM THE PAY SHACK BEFORE HEADING DOWN TO STAWBERRY BAY MARINA.WE WERE FISHING IN 35' OF WATER AND I TOOK MY QUAD OVER THERE WITH NEW PROBLEM. I WILL PROBABLY BE HEADING THERE THIS WEEKEND IF YOU GUYS WANT TO HOOK UP.
