3 cup white wine
6 tbl butter
3 tbl soy sauce
3 tbl ground Cumin
1 cup peanuts, chopped in a blender or food processor
3 tbl ground hot red pepper
3 x green onions, chopped
Mix all the ingredients together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil and serve hot
