"Since Cobia came on board two years ago, we have been working very hard to fully support our existing dealer network while positioning ourselves to expand our distribution through first-rate dealers in new markets," said Charlie Johnson, director of marketing.

"With the added production capabilities provided by the new plant in North Carolina and four new boat models added to the product line with more to follow, we are now ready to move forward with expanding Cobia’s reach. We’re very pleased with the quality and dedication of these new dealerships, and we are excited to add them to our dealer network."

Cobia Boats are produced by Maverick Boat Company, Inc., the manufacturer and marketer of the prestigious Maverick, Hewes and Pathfinder saltwater fishing boats. Cobia Boats are the standard of excellence in fishing and family fun with a broad line-up of center console, walk around, dual console, sport cabin and bay boat models from 18’ to 31’.[/size]
