sunday report

Well here is my report for Sunday March 4, 2007
6 adults with 5 kids fishing
a whole lot of poles in the water with tip-ups too.
Fishing hours from 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
A local lake in oakland county
50+ holes in the lake to find fish
tallied out to be:
3 small crappie
4 small sunfish
5 small bluegills
1 small large mouth bass.
Kids loss interst in fishing so they went sledding.
At least we brought some good grub to cook out!!
But over all a bad day fishing is a well spent day with friends and kids!!

That is no lie stormy! I would much rather spend a day fishless with my kids than spend a day at work. Too bad you didn't get into some better fish. Hopefully tomorrow i will change my luck on lake trout and get one throught the hole.[]

I was wondering how the auger blades I sharpened for you worked out? or did you get a chance to use them?

I was pretty week from the flu when I testet them on my lake...

Your always welcome to drop them back off here if they worked out for you,,, You dont need to drop off the auger now I know wich one you have...

it worked pretty good. I only punched 5 holes when the big 10 power auger showed up then I quit.
Gas is so nice[]

I hear that, gas is much nicer especialy when you aint gettin on the fish.... better it drilling 50 holes than me....[]

I have been out sicnce a quarter to dawn this morning with my tipup, no bites yet, I just came it to grab a snack and make a pit stop.
