Antelope Island Trip
#1
With Ice fishing slowing down and no hunting to do, I decided to take a trip to Antelope Island with the scouts. We had a great time but froze our butts off! We camped at white rock campground with pretty much the whole Island to ourselves. We had quite a few coyotes visit the camp to howl us to sleep and five buffalo nearby. In the morning we took a little sight seeing trip. We got some great pictures of some buffalo, antelope, coyotes, and some great horned owls. We did spot a herd of deer about a mile away but no way to get to them. I almost forgot how blessed we are to have such a cool place so close to home. Check out my pics below.

Also, does anyone know how to get one of those shed hunting permits for Antelope Island?

Great pics, are there alot of coyotes out there? I've lived in Utah most of my life and have never been to Antelope Island.

Sure is a great place to go see some wildlife. You can see some great bucks out there in June/July.
