I made a quick afternoon trip to Otter Creek yesterday, the water level is coming up (still down 15-20') but alot of water coming so I would expect it to fill this spring. Just hope we get more snow pack and summer rains.
The fishing was way slow 2 hits and one fish is all we caught. The water is still pretty riley which is to be expected this time of year
I drove past Panguitch Lake it is still iced over and had about 6 inches of snow on it Blue Spring running into it was starting to flow fairly good so maybe this spring it will be full also
Just alittle trivia for everyone. This past fall the water level at Panguitch was exactly the same as when the pioneers settled the valley so if anyone seen the lake that was the original size before the irrigation company built the dam
