MORE CAJUN BONEFISH ACTION
#1
[Wink][Wink] The redfish action continues with a vengence in the Biloxi Marsh. Silver and Gold H&H weedless spoons casted to the grass line and slowly retrieved back as we were troll motering at a snails pace. The water was clear in the duck ponds and the tide was above normal which helped the reds to move into areas where they couldn't get. We mostly blind casted but on occasion we could see the reds roll and would move in and cast in his area and "Wham", fish on!! These guys give you a great fight in shallow water 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 feet, and would break water and churn up the bottom. Catching these guys on light tackle is a blast and they never cease to amaze me as to how strong they can fight. We had another great day landing 23 between 22 and 30 inches, photographing, measuring and weighing them before putting them back to enjoy another day. "LOVE THOSE CAJUN BONEFISH".......ANOTHER GREAT DAY ON THE WATER.

CHALLENGER RODS AND H&H TACKLE HAULED THEM IN AGAIN.

Would you say that a full moon tide is best for Redfish? I noticed you mentioned an above normal tide.

Great report Tim. Keep up the great angling! Do you exclusively target drum or do you change up later on in the season?
