I think you have a fair exposure to my ability to estimate weights on fish. We did not have a chance to weigh that one, since it was happily claimed by a gentleman who wanted to take it home and introduce it to his family. However, I guessed at the time that it was close to 25#. I shot one with a bow later that spring that weighed 31 and it did not seem that much bigger.
But, I care not for the glory. To avoid challenges and controversy I posted the weight somewhat below what tha actual weight probably was.
Now, can I talk to you about that 10 pound bluegill I got?
