Looking for a good charter?

Hello, I'm from the Ocean front property of Utah. I am taking a trip May 19th-26th to the south shore of Kauai at Poipu. I'm hoping to take my father-in-law fishing and am looking for a good charter or guide. It would be great if anyone had info they would want to share.
