Going to Hawaii

I'm headed to the island of Kauai on the south shore at Poipu. I'm hoping to take my father-in-law out into the ocean to fish. Has anyone been fishing on this island? Does anyone know of a good charter or guide? I will be going May 19th-26th.

I've been there twice and have another trip planned for July. I've fished there on both of my first two trips but I don't remember the names of the guides. We have a time share there and they recommend the guides we used. Hope you have a good trip, please post a report when you get back. WH2
