I took my boat out on Carter Lake on Tuesday with a couple of friends, I could'nt keep track of how many trout we caught, but we ended up bringing a 2 1/2 pounder home, and we also got some walleye. We were using blue fox's and x rap rapalas.

Good job, Jason! How big were the walleyes? There are some really nice ones in Carter.

The walleyes were 16 inch, and a 14 inch. Not that big but fun to catch and look at.

Jason,

Good to hear you caght some fish in Carter. I haven't fished Carter in a while do to the heat and overuse of the lake. But reading stuff likes this gets me pumped to go fish it again. I should be back with a report monday if its not rediculously hot this weekend.
