Applying "D" rings to my craft

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to apply extra "D" rings to a Pontoon Craft. The floats are PVC impregnated, but I am not sure that using PVC glue is the answer.

I was thinking of getting some applica type rings, but have not been able to find any.

[#0000ff]The surest attachment is with stitching, backed with some aquaseal. But, you can also make serviceable temporary D ring attachments by using a good water resistant epoxy to attach velcro strips, and then attaching the D rings to the strips.[/#0000ff]

Therapist, TubeDude said "stitching", that's what I did with mine. I did add the straps to it for holding the rods to the tube. It works great and it hold on real tight so no worries for me. Shoe guy can do it for ya.
